The project BUTLER is expected to:

  • Increase the speed of flow of goods in the supply chain
  • Reduce product sorting errors and increase order execution reliability
  • Increase efficiency and ergonomics towards employees
  • Increase stocking density and flexibility

In conclusion, it would offer a faster and more efficient operation of the warehouse, without problems, providing the best result with a substantial cooperation between humans and robots.

The project BUTLER has been co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund of the European Union and Greek national funds, though the Innovation Investment Plans.

The project started in October 2021 and it is expected to be completed in September 2023.
